Revenue is a pipeline board, under the Records section in the left nav. It arranges your companies into stage columns and totals each column’s ARR, so you can see where your book sits and move accounts along as things progress.
Set up your stages
The first time you open Revenue, you have two choices:
- Use a starter pipeline creates five stages to begin with: Prospect, Evaluating, Negotiation, Closed Won, and Renewal. You can rename or reorder them later.
- Create custom stages lets you build your own from scratch.
To change your stages afterward, use Manage stages in the top right. You can add, rename, recolor, and reorder them there.
Move a company along
Drag a company’s card from one stage to another to update it. The ARR totals at the top of each column update on their own. Dragging is how you move accounts, so there’s no separate assign step.
Companies you haven’t placed yet sit in the Unassigned column on the left. Drag one out to slot it into a stage, or drag a card back to Unassigned to clear its stage.
Open a company
Click any card to open that company’s full record.
Good to know
- The board shows up to 500 companies, ordered by ARR. On larger workspaces, not every company will appear.
- ARR comes from each company’s own record. If a company has none, its card reads “No ARR.”
- There’s no search or filter on the board itself. To dig into a single account, open it from its card.
