Your subscription lives in Settings > Billing. It shows your current plan, your usage against your plan’s limits, and the ways to change plans.

Your plan and usage

The page lays out what you’re on and how much of each limit you’ve used, like members and other capped resources. When you’re getting close to a limit, that’s your cue to move up a plan.

Change plans

GainTrace has a few plans:
  • Pro, billed per seat, for growing teams.
  • Scale, a flat plan for larger teams.
  • Enterprise, arranged with our team.
Pick a plan and choose monthly or annual billing (annual comes with a couple of months free). Checkout runs through Stripe. Once you’re subscribed, Manage billing opens the Stripe portal, where you can update your card, download invoices, or cancel.

Good to know

  • Only an owner can change the plan or open the billing portal. Admins can view billing and turn pay-as-you-go on or off.
  • You can add up to 50 seats yourself on Pro. Beyond that, Scale includes unlimited seats, or talk to us about Enterprise.
  • Turning on pay-as-you-go lets you go past a limit and pay for the overage instead of being blocked.
