People is your directory of the contacts at your accounts, under the Records section in the left nav. Like Companies, each person is a resolved record built from your connected sources, so you get one row per contact rather than a duplicate from every tool.

Find a contact

  • Search matches on a person’s name, email, or company.
  • Sort by orders the list by name, engagement, or last seen.
  • The Filters button narrows by name, email, company, or role.

Read the list at a glance

Each row shows the person, their email, the company they belong to, their role, an engagement score, and when they were last seen. Click a company name to jump straight to that account.

Spot your champions

Contacts marked as champions show an amber star next to their name, so you can pick out your key relationships as you scan. Open a person to see their record, recent activity, and champion tracking if it’s turned on for them.

Good to know

  • People are created from your connected sources. There’s no manual add step; a contact appears once their data has synced.
  • Export downloads your contacts as a CSV.
  • The list shows up to 500 people at a time, so on large workspaces use search and filters to get to the ones you need.
  • Some fields like email or phone can be hidden for your role if your admin has set field policies, so you may not see every value.
