Triage is your queue, under Home in the left nav. It gathers the work waiting on you, so you’re not starting from a blank page each morning.
Needs approval
Most of Triage is actions Trace AI has drafted for your accounts, like a renewal note or a check-in email. Each one shows the account, the draft, and a short “Why this needs review” so you can decide quickly. For each item you can:
- Approve or Decline it.
- Edit the draft first if you’d word it differently.
You can move through the queue from the keyboard: J and K step between items, A approves, and X declines.
Champion coverage
The Champion coverage tab lists accounts that have an owner but no champion tracked, so you can see where a key relationship is missing and fill the gap.
Decided
The Decided tab keeps a record of what you’ve already approved or declined, so you can look back at what went out.
Good to know
- Triage fills up as Trace AI drafts actions for your accounts, so a quiet queue means there’s nothing pressing right now.
- You’re always the one deciding. Trace AI drafts, and you approve or decline.
