# Success plans

> Set goals and outcomes for your key accounts, track progress, and run a QBR.

**Success Plans** is your workspace view of every account's plan, under **Customer Success** in the left nav. A plan pairs a goal with the outcomes and milestones that get you there, so you and your customer are working toward the same thing.

## See where plans stand

The list ranks accounts by the ARR at stake, so the plans that matter most sit up top. Filter by status (**Active**, **At risk**, **Achieved**, **Archived**) or search by plan or account name.

To adjust a plan without leaving the list, open its menu: **Edit name**, or **Edit details** to set a priority and target date. **Archive** puts a plan aside when it's done.

## Create a plan

Plans live on the account, so you create one from a company's **Plan** tab. Open a company, go to Plan, and pick a template to start from. To roll plans out across a set of accounts at once, use **Bulk apply template** at the top of the Success Plans list.

## Run a QBR

From a plan you can open a QBR, a shareable business-review page that brings the account's story together. GainTrace drafts the write-up for you as a starting point, and you can share the finished page with your customer through a link.

## Good to know

* A brand-new plan shows no progress until the overnight sync fills in current values from your live data, so give it a day to catch up.
* The QBR write-up is AI-drafted. Read it through and adjust it before you share it.
