# Connect Attio to GainTrace

> Sync Attio companies, people, and deals into GainTrace to power health scores, signals, and renewals. Set up the Attio integration in a few minutes.

Attio is your CRM of record, so connecting it gives GainTrace the companies, people, and deals it needs to build health and track renewals from day one.

## What syncs

GainTrace pulls these Attio objects and maps them into your workspace:

* **Companies** become your Companies.
* **People** become your People.
* **Deals** feed Revenue and renewals.
* **Users, workspaces, lists, notes, and tasks** come through too, so context and ownership stay intact.

## Connect Attio

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the catalog">
    Go to **Integrations** in the left nav and pick **Attio**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Authorize">
    Use **Connect with OAuth** and approve GainTrace in the Attio window. You can also connect manually with an API key.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Let it sync">
    Your records start flowing in. Manage the connection under **Data > Sources**.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## What you can do with it

With Attio connected, health scores reflect real account data, signals fire on meaningful changes, and renewals show up in Revenue so your team stays ahead of them.

## Good to know

* Attio updates arrive in near real time through webhooks, with a regular background sync as a safety net.
* This connector is read-only. GainTrace reads from Attio and doesn't write back to it.
